● It is a high-end Limousine imported from Korea, often called a "ground business jet," featuring spacious seats with deep recline and full amenities.
● The one-way route from Hanoi to Sapa usually departs in the morning (7:00 AM) or from Sapa to Hanoi in the afternoon (3:00 PM), catering to various travel schedules.
● The journey takes approximately 6–7 hours, travelling via the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway, saving time and ensuring a smooth ride.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
Children under 3 years old share a seat with their parents, while children over 4 require one.
Large luggage will be stored in the bus trunk; only carry on luggage is allowed on board. Total luggage must not exceed 20kg.
Departure times may vary slightly (around 15 minutes) due to operational management. Arrival times may also change by an hour or more from the estimated schedule, so please be flexible with your plans.
When booking, please provide your pickup location, drop-off location, time, and phone number via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, or KakaoTalk. We will contact you to confirm the pickup details and time or notify you of any schedule changes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE USE
In an emergency, please get in touch with the tour guide on board or the driver immediately for prompt assistance.
For any special pickup or drop-off requests, please get in touch with the Sapa Express staff using the phone number on your voucher.
It’s recommended to book at least 3–5 days in advance, especially on weekends or during peak season (October to April).
Choose seats in the middle of the bus to reduce motion sickness compared to front or back seats. If needed, take motion sickness medication about 30 minutes before boarding and try to sit near the window. Avoid eating a heavy meal before the trip, especially if you’re prone to motion sickness.
Bring a light jacket as the bus air conditioning can be quite cold.
It’s a good idea to bring your headphones and power bank, even though Wi-Fi and charging ports are available on board.
And don’t forget to bring some cash with you!
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation before 3 the date of use, the penalty is 0 % of the purchase price.
Cancellation before 2 the date of use, the penalty is 50 % of the purchase price.
Cancellation before 1 the date of use, the penalty is 100 % of the purchase price.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation processing fee will be charged in addition to the seller's penalty.

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, traffic accidents, or other events beyond the control of the bus company, Sapa Express will notify passengers and follow the company’s cancellation and refund policy.
